Proud doesn't begin to describe having 8 of our athletes in the South African team World Pentathlon Obstacle World Champs in Beijing, China.
It can't be underestimated how much it took to get there, physically, emotionally and financially.
Big big props for pulling it off guys and making us proud. 💙 The experience you've gained will be an asset to yourselves and The IRON Movement. 🦍
The training starts NOW for next year's World Champs. 💪
Big shout out to the rest of the team from KZN and South Africa for doing us proud. In parti cular Sabrina Daolio who's bringing the gold in the 3k🥳 Brandon Hulley who put in a world class effort in his 3k race💪 and Gail Potgieter who won silver and bronze in her events.👏
Also very stoked to have some of our team in our favourite footwear Vivobarefoot South Africa on and off the course.👌🦶
