With the vibrant energy of the full moon currently in full swing, it was the perfect weekend to teach another 1st degree Reiki course.
I enjoyed sharing my Reiki knowledge and esoteric wisdom, case studies and spiritual anecdotes with two beautiful souls.

It's true. Sometimes we know we do things but don't know why. Other times they're complete blindspots and we can only see the outcome of our decisions.

Trying to understand these patterns is impossible without first uncovering the source.

When you write through a pattern - in other words really interrogate it from every angle and fully process it - you start to find its source. Its origin.

Then you can begin to heal that issue.

And that's why Journalling is so powerful ✨

A healing, therapeutic, rejuvenating winter retreat, tucked away in a scenic, tranquil spot in Hoekwil, in the fantastic Garden Route.

For the first time since we began running our Heal your Way healing retreats in 2023, we're opening them up during winter. We've adjusted the programme and changed the menu to reflect the cooler months, and will now be open from June through August.

Heal your Way is South Africa's only retreat combining psychotherapy, Reiki, Journalling and nature-based transpersonal therapeutic practices in one focused, private retreat for individual guests.

The retreat comprises a 3.5 day, 4-night programme with registered therapists within a dedicated retreat space, located just outside Wilderness, George.

It is designed for women and hosted on a 1-to-1 basis (single guests at a time), but can be adapted for couples.

The programme includes:

❤️ Daily psychotherapy sessions with a clinical psychologist
❤️ Daily Reiki sessions with a registered Reiki Master (28 years' experience)
❤️ Daily journal therapy with journal prompts (journal and creative supplies provided)
❤️ Daily audio meditations
❤️ Daily qi gong
❤️ Daily nature-based activities (labyrinth walk, bush walk, fire ceremony) and a nightly outdoor botanical salt bath under fairy lights
❤️ 3 wholesome vegetarian meals per day
❤️ Unlimited herb teas
❤️ Private, self-contained upstairs studio overlooking the Outeniqua Mountains with private courtyard, garden and deck

You're a Divine spark with a Divine purpose.

Write your way back to that ✨

When your life feels mundane and directionless, you can forget that you have a Divine purpose here on Earth.

That there's a sacred reason why you're here.

In such times, logic has no place. Instead, you need to tap into higher wisdom...which comes through writing.

When you journal through the mundane stuff and find your path again, you come out the other side with a clearer sense of who you are and what you want.

That makes it so much easier to see your Divine purpose, and then follow it.

Life is honestly too short to be stuck doing stuff you don't enjoy or that's not aligned with who you truly are

Life should be joyful.

When you're in alignment with all of this, and all that is, you're in a better position to fulfil your Divine purpose ✨

Your journal is your safe space.

It really is.

Here, you write for yourself. You can say whatever you want to say without fear of repercussions.

You can let go of unspoken words, unspoken truths, things you've never said out loud before...you can leave it all on the page.

When you journal, it should feel like the most natural thing in the world where your guard is down and your voice is unfiltered.

Anything else is just going through the motions and won't yield the outcome you're looking for.
