LOADED® Organic Li Pigments shades are creamy consistency formulated with a waterbase that works directly on the skin with no or minimal mixing. LOADED® shades should not need modifiers as this formulation has been pre-neutralised to help prevent ashing. Additional warmth may or may not be needed depending on the skin type. The water-based formulation is highly-concentrated for a smooth consistency. Suitable for all skin types and PMU techniques.
