Curious Outlier's Universal Cancer Protocol
Core Oxidative / Immune Strategy
1. Chlorine dioxide (CD)
Start: Protocol 1000+ (MMS1 + DMSO) or Protocol C (CDS + DMSO).
Mechanism: Delivers oxygen, directly oxidizes cancer cells, and destabilizes tumor environment.
After starting protocol is complete: run CD 4 days on / 3 days off weekly (8–10 hours/day when “on”).

2. Fenbendazole
Dose: 1 g/day for 3 days, then 4 days off; repeat weekly.
Take with fatty food (yogurt, peanut butter, or a fatty meal) to enhance absorption.
Mechanism: Destabilizes microtubules that deliver nutrients to cancer cells, leading to cell death.

3. Ivermectin
CD phase: Do NOT take with CDS/MMS1 (ivermectin is easily oxidized by CD).
Weekly pattern (once CD starting protocol is done):
4 days CD (with fenbendazole on CD days)
3 days ivermectin (off-CD days)
Dose: 0.4–0.6 mg/kg/day during off-CD days (example: 24 mg/day 2–3 days per week, taken with fat).
Mechanism: “Uncloaks” cancer immune evasion so the immune system can recognize and attack tumors (“cold” tumors → “hot” tumors).
Modified citrus pectin: 15 g/day, taken at least 2 hours after CD.
Daily / Weekly Example Schedule (after CD starting protocol)
Sunday–Wednesday:
8–10 hour CD protocol (MMS1 or CDS, with DMSO once tolerated).
Fenbendazole with fatty dinner on 3 of these days.
Other supplements as needed.
Thursday–Saturday:
Ivermectin with fatty meal or snack (no CD these days).
Other supplements as needed.
Repeat weekly.
Metabolic / pH / Respiratory Support
4. Sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon in 16 oz water on waking.
5. Buteyko breathing
Goal: ≤10 breaths/min, nose-only breathing.
Mechanism: Uses the Bohr effect; slightly elevated CO₂ improves oxygen release to tissues and cellular oxygen availability.

6. Grounding
Sleep between two grounding sheets with minimal clothing.

7. Cancer-fighting green drink
1 tbsp daily.

8. Vigorous activity
30 minutes once per day, ideally nose-only breathing.
9. Water-only fasting
24 hours per week (more is better, up to ~48 hours), with only water; nothing in this protocol counts as “food.”
Emerging clinical trials are testing 24–48-hour water-only fasting around chemotherapy and showing feasibility for reducing side effects.
Vitamin D, K2, Magnesium, Boron
10. Vitamin D + K2
Baseline: 10,000 IU vitamin D/day and ≥100 µg K2.
Rapid optimization (example regimen):
50,000 IU/day for 2 weeks, plus ~1000 mg magnesium/day.
Then maintain with 5,000–10,000 IU/day (often combined with K2).
Cofactors: ALWAYS take D with K2 (MK4 & MK7), magnesium, and boron/boric acid.

11. Iodine
Lugol’s solution 12.5–37.5 mg/day.
2% Lugol’s: 1 drop ≈ 2.5 mg.
12. Taurine
200 mg/kg/day.
Mechanism: Reacts with HOCl to form taurine chloramine, a longer-lasting, safer ROS that modulates inflammation and supports antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects.
13. Magnesium glycinate
500 mg twice per day.
Mechanism: Magnesium participates in hundreds of enzymatic reactions, energy production, and immune function.
14. Curcumin (Theracurmin® HP or similar)
600 mg/day bioavailable curcumin (active in turmeric).
15. Essiac or Jason Winter’s Tea
As directed (daily).
16. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA)
800 mg twice daily (or 600 mg three times daily).
17. Selenium
50 mcg/day, titrate if needed with practitioner guidance.
18. Methylene blue
~0.5 mg/kg/day (monitor interactions and contraindications).
19. Berberine
1000–1500 mg/day, divided 2–3 doses. Mechanism: Anti-tumor effects.
20. Zeolite
