The EMMETT Technique Human Workshop taught in over 40 countries around the world, teaches participants how to effectively produce visible body changes and experience great results.

It is a non-professional approach to client assessment and treatment for personal trainers and coaches; yoga & Pilates instructors; aged carers, general public and home carers.

It is also open to healthcare professionals (massage therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, occupational therapists, bodyworkers, kinesiologists) as a taster of, and introduction to the technique.

This hands-on course gives students the opportunity to gain experience by working directly with other participants.

All training is closely supervised and is open to any interested members of the general public. No previous bodywork experience needed!

A fantastic day yesterday with four wonderful ladies who are all building their skills tool box. The EMMETT Human workshop is a great 1 day workshop introducing one to the principles of the EMMETT technique along with a selection of “first aid” muscle release moves.
