First things first... order your ingredients from us!

Easy Ground Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

🍪Ingredients
2 cups ground almonds (almond flour)
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup chocolate chips
Pinch of salt

🍪Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the ground almonds, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add the egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.
Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Allow to cool before serving.

Makes: ±12 cookies

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Baking Time: 10–12 minutes 🍪
