I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Midwifery and have been in healthcare since 2014. I am also qualified as a Lactation Consultant with a special passion for supporting mothers and babies through their breastfeeding journey.

What is Visual Therapy?
Visual Therapy is a personalized program developed to improve visual motor skills as well as visual perceptual skills. Visual Therapy treats binocular problems like visual tracking, convergence
insufficiency, accommodative instability,
amblyopia (lazy-eye) and squints.
Symptoms of binocular problems:
-Blurred vision.
-Double vision.
-Reversals (“was” as “saw”).
-Reversals when writing (b and d, p and q).
-Uses finger to maintain place.
