Support your immune system with this Immune Boosting Chicken Soup (Serves 4):
INGREDIENTS: 5 cloves smashed garlic, 1 chopped onion, 2 T grated ginger, 1 level tsp cayenne powder, 2 chopped celery stalks, 5 thinly sliced large carrots, 1 chopped bunch parsley, 1 litre chicken or vegetable stock, 1 litre water, 1kg chopped free range chicken breast.
METHOD
1. Combine the garlic, onion, cayenne, ginger, carrots, celery, parsley, stock, water and chicken into a large pot. 2. Simmer for 30 minutes. 3. Serve in large bowls, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!

This home remedy really works miracles for sore throats, coughs and colds! It instantly warms and soothes, and is a natural antimicrobial.

Keep the following ingredients handy as we enter the cold season: - Cayenne pepper
- Ginger
- Honey
- Garlic
- Lemon

Mix ½ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 thumb chopped ginger, 1 small crushed garlic clove into 500ml boiling water and let it steep.
Add 1 whole squeezed lemon and honey to taste.
Pour through a tea strainer and ENJOY!
