Functions within professional alliance to health and medicine, and is recognised by and registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Improves a person’s physical wellbeing and quality of life through individualised scientific assessment and the prescription of exercise in rehabilitative treatment to prevent or intervene wit

h certain ailments and the enhancement of performance (sport and work). Evaluates & Measures: body posture, body composition, blood pressure, glucose levels, lung function, heart rate, fitness, muscle strength, endurance, power, flexibility and other health screenings. Is a health professional who through health promotion and wellness create a better quality of life for people they work with.

Our Story

H360 Strength

H360 Strength is a business that helps people supplement their lifestyles with the correct strength training to enhance their quality of life. Furthermore, H360 Strength aims help each client to perform better at their chosen activity (running, swimming, cycling, climbing, surfing, yoga ect.) by helping their bodies move more efficiently and muscles work economically. Ultimately, H360 Strength would like you to live a life without boring and go out and pursue your activity dreams.

H360 Strength originated after I, Nelia Harding had practiced Biokinetics for 6 years. I have always enjoyed all the aspects of being a Biokineticist; rehabilitating injuries, helping people with chronic joint pain and generally getting them stronger for their daily activities. What I often found disheartening was that about 90% people only found me once they had been injured or where in pain.

I started to see a trend in my practice, most people were just not strong enough for what they were attempting to do. Whether it was, climbing a mountain, playing with their children in the park or simply doing daily activities like carrying groceries.
