Highcroft Retreat The retreat provides the opportunity to be still, to reflect on the chaos of living (or not) and restore ones equilibrium to cope with the stresses of life

Highcroft Retreat and B & B can sleep 22 people. It is situated on a bird farm and has a labyrinth, meditation centre and conference room seating 35-40 people. The peacefull energy and tranquility invite guests to sit back, put their feet up and commune with the birds, bats and buck around the chalets. Workshop facilitators are welcome to run their courses in this magnificent setting. The space is here to teach, experience and know that we are all one with each other.

Yesterday we gathered for our second Walk of Presence at the Highcroft Labyrinth.

Before entering the path, we sprinkled rosemary-infused water onto the earth as a simple ritual of awakening ourselves, the labyrinth and the land.

We created with our hands, set intentions and walked towards the centre.

The labyrinth reminds us that there is nowhere to rush to. There are no wrong turns. Only a path that invites us to slow down and listen.

One of the gifts received in the centre was a clearer understanding of what this offering is becoming.

On the second Saturday of each month, Highcroft Labyrinth is open for individual visits throughout the day by appointment and 9am–11am, we gather for a facilitated Walk of Presence.

Walk.

Reflect.
