Comrades is around the corner and we are VERY excited for all of our runners to go out there and enjoy themselves. You have all worked extremely hard for a long time to get to this day. 😅

Remember these key points:
- Don't change anything drastic for the race (Dinner the night before or routine).
- Have a good nights rest.💤
- Stretch and warm up properly before the race.
- Stay hydrated during the race. 💧
- There's nothing wrong with walking to catch your breath.🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️🏃
- Enjoy the race, have fun!
- Recovery at the end is very important.

Have a lookout for our Gazebo at the end in People's Park and come join us for some recovery stretching.

Reminder that number collections are TODAY (Saturday 30 July) at the Forest Hills Sports Club between 12 noon and 5pm, or tomorrow morning (Sunday 31 July) between 5am and 6am only.
