✨Become an Embodied Guide in the Art and Practice of Conscious Breathwork with Lumina Breathwork. ✨

If you are feeling the call to facilitate deeply transformative breathwork experiences for others, to deepen your connection with your own breath, or add a powerful new modality to your toolbox, Lumina's Breathwork Guide Training may be for you. This all-women training is a hybrid training, in that it includes a 7 day retreat-style immersion at the incredible Bodhi Khaya Nature Retreat from 12-19 November, as well as online sessions to move through the material, both before and after the immersion. The training also includes 6 months of mentorship, to support you as you complete your case studies and step forward into professional facilitation. I have 3 spaces left for my November training. Please email me if you would like more information or would like to connect over a call. [email protected]

To be honest, the decision to make my Lumina Breathwork ~ Trainings, Courses & Workshops Guide Training an all-women’s training was an easy one… although it did take me some time to actually say it out loud!

What I have learnt from years of facilitating Women’s Retreats and workshops is that there is a certain depth of experience that occurs when there are only women in the room.

We drop our guard and our masks
We resonate with and see ourselves in others
We allow ourselves to be seen and witnessed

And in this, something magical occurs.

So much of facilitation is what embody, rather than what we know. And so while the 120 hour training is about learning techniques, theory, and so much more, at the heart of it is who you become as a result. And the circle of sisters you share your process with are such a large part of that.

If you are feeling the call to learn the art of Conscious Breathwork facilitation, as well as step into a life-transforming experience that will deepen the way you show up for your self and all those around you, there are still 3 spaces left for my November training at Bodhi Khaya Nature Retreat.

There is a difference between “making something happen” through action alone and manifesting something through both energy and aligned action. The first one requires determination and grit, and the second one requires alignment and trust. When we align our energy with our intention, the results can show up in magical and unexpected ways. 🪄

With change comes challenge, and with challenge comes growth. How can you lean into growth without bypassing the parts of you that are wanting to be felt?

This is 40🌿

I’ve never been big on birthdays, yet as this one has approached over the past few months, I’ve felt a some potency around it. This birthday felt less like a celebration and more like an initiation - a rite of passage, a crossing of a threshold into a new decade, one I sense I’ve been preparing for.

And so, for my 40th, I felt called to ceremony - to sit with the medicines I hold most dear: Retreat, Nature, Breathwork, Cacao, Sound Healing, Yoga and Silence. This past weekend was that, and so much more.

Through a deeply powerful Cacao and Breathwork journey, the message that came through was a call into a deeper level of service - to those I serve, to my loved ones and community, to myself - and equally to the Earth, to Nature and her medicines, to the Breath, and to Spirit.

Thank you to the most incredible facilitator and friend for holding and celebrating me in such a warm, powerful and authentic way. And thank you to the magnificent land of - the moment I arrived, I felt at home, perhaps fittingly, it being the birthplace of humanity.

Thank you also to my love for supporting me and this wild request - to spend my birthday with strangers! Thank you for being who you are and giving me the space for me to be who I am and do what I do. 🤍

I don’t know what this next chapter holds, but I feel deeply grateful, inspired, and in awe of all that this life reveals and offers. My heart is open, my cup is full.

I’m ready. 🙏🏼

What if this one question can get you to the root of your habits, patterns and behaviours? I am constantly amazed at how powerful self enquiry can be, and in this video I share how I use this question to get out of my own way. 🤍

Would love to hear if it resonates!

She is soft and open.
She is fire and courage.
She is wise and patient.
She is playful and free.
She is intuitive and curious.
She is driven and devoted.
She is lightness and darkness.
She is wild.
She is nature.
She is magic.

She is woman. She is you and me.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the women who light up the world each and everyday, just by being fully and completely you. 🤍🪶✨

2025 Reflections 🌿

There’s no denying it – for me, 2025 has been a year of immense growth. Over the last 12 months, I birthed a new business, , we bought a magical property in Hogsback, and I spent my first full year back in Cape Town to be with my love. I’ve been blessed to do the work that I love… In short, SO much to be grateful for.

I also grew in ways I wouldn’t have chosen - many moments of the rug being pulled out from beneath me… Yet it was in these tough times that I learnt the most.

And while this year has brought expansion, it has also brought perspective. Amidst the big, beautiful dreams and manifestations, I’ve found myself cherishing the small and simple things more than ever. I’ve been discovering what authentic abundance means for me. And more often than not, it lives in the ordinary.

* It’s my early morning forest walks with the dogs
* It’s the ritual of Sunday movie and pizza nights with my love
* It’s watching our tiny garden slowly flourish

What this year has taught me is that there is sacredness to be found in everything. I’ve let go of the idea that some things are “spiritual”, while others are not. The divine is woven into everything. The more we can appreciate the messy ordinary of our everyday lives, the more sacred they inherently become.

Thank you to every single person that I connected with this year! Wishing you the most incredible 2026 ahead, filled with your version of authentic abundance and soulful fulfillment.
