"Where the Free Spirit Returns

The elders once taught
that a spirit cannot be owned.
It may walk beside us for a season,
share our fire,
learn the sound of our prayers—
but it still belongs to the Great Mystery.

There comes a time
when every heart must choose
between the fence it understands
and the open road it was born to follow.

Do not fear that road.

The earth keeps memory
in places no hand can touch.
The wind carries the names
of those who walked with courage,
and the old sky remembers
every promise made with a true heart.

Freedom is not running away.
It is knowing what must be released
so the spirit can remain whole.

And when the world grows heavy,
remember what the old ones knew:

some souls were never meant
to live beneath another's shadow.

They were born to carry their own fire,
follow the voice within,
and return, again and again,
to the wide country of the heart."

She Who Walks With the White Wolf

My grandmother said the quiet ones
often carry the strongest medicine.
They do not shout at the storm;
they teach the heart to listen.

A guardian may come in silence,
with snow in its breath
and old songs under its feet,
leading the lost back to themselves.

There is a circle inside every life,
drawn before we knew our names.
We leave, we return,
we become the prayer someone once made.

When the world grows cold,
keep kindness close to your ribs.
A gentle spirit can cross the darkness
without letting it enter the blood.

So trust the path beneath you.
The ancestors walk in hidden ways.
What protects the soul with love
will never let it wander alone.

Animal Communication & Intuitive Energy Healing
