Back in Canada I was training to become a Warrior of Light just this last week to become stronger & continuing to learn & grow more.

In serving ourselves we will see what we need and what serves us well and what does not work for us and needs to change & therefore has to go. And as we do this we are able to become stronger, more effective and better versions of ourselves.

Our energy is sacred and we have to hold the highest, most positive energy in our bodies, our minds & our Spirits.
