Today I Learned…

Today I learned that not all women show burnout in the way we expect.

Sometimes there’s no obvious breakdown.
No stopping.
No saying, “I can’t cope.”

Instead, she keeps going.

She answers the emails.
Looks after everyone else.
Shows up for work.
Smiles when asked how she is.
And quietly pushes through the exhaustion, overwhelm and mental load.

From the outside, she may look like she’s managing perfectly.

But inside, she may be running on empty.
