It's a new year and we're back 🎆

I’m Tineke, a registered Biokineticist with a passion for helping people move better and feel confident in their bodies again.

I specialise in orthopaedic & neurological rehabilitation, injury prevention, and strength & conditioning - particularly those dealing with recurring injuries or returning after injury or surgery.

My focus is always on building strong, resilient bodies, not quick fixes. 💪

Outside of work, I love running, hiking, and spending time in nature. Being active myself helps me understand the real challenges of training, recovery, and setbacks, and I bring that perspective into how I rehab and coach.
