1οΈβ£ Laughter: watch a funny movie or, go to live comedy with friends.
2οΈβ£ Journaling: write down your thoughts and feelings as this can provide an emotional release and give you a new perspective on your stressors.
3οΈβ£ Mindful Walking - Sensory Walking: our senses keep us grounded in the moment while our thoughts drift to the past or future.
- Watch the view change as shapes and objects shift in and out of your line of vision.
- Focus on the soles of your feet, being aware of different sensations as the surface changes.
- Focus on sounds, those of your footsteps, as well as the changing sounds around you as you move.
- Focus on smells and tastes in the air. This will change depending on where you are.
