I love using sprays because it's easy and convenient and the toddlers love it as well.
After hospitalisations, a probiotic is one of my non-negotiables!!

Next I'll be packing a pre-natal hospital bag of essential supplements you may need pre and post baby!

Some of my favourite immune boosters for little ones!

ITTY BITTY IMMUNITY - as you can see from the destroyed label is a favourite, with echinacea, elderflower, and vitamin C it's an excellent immune booster for kids and toddlers and safe. Alcohol- free, sugar-free and still palatable.

The Olive leaf syrup is also a daily immune booster. And great for daily use or when we exposed to many other children.

The snotty totty is specifically if there's the start of an infection (viral or bacterial) especially if there's some runny nose, or a sore throat.

The sinulex I actually keep for if the Upper Resp Tract infection isn't getting betterof there's congestion. It works very well.

The vitamin D and Iron sprays are for daily use. Kids especially toddlers can be deficient and so these are vitamins I closely monitor. Even some zinc would be a good option.
