I know I’m weird, but that’s alright 💖

I’ve reached a point where I actually love the things that make me a little different.

I’m the person who gets excited about a good steak and would happily skip the potato salad at a braai. I make choices that work for me, even if they’re not what everyone else is doing.

For a long time I thought I needed to fit in more. Eat the way everyone else eats. Do things the way everyone else does them.

Now I realise there’s a lot of freedom in not needing everyone to understand your choices.

You don’t have to force yourself into someone else’s version of normal.

Sometimes the things that make you “weird” are the exact things that make you happiest.

Yes, I had cheesecake for breakfast 😂

I know… somewhere a calorie counter just gasped and dropped their broccoli.

But honestly, this is one of my favourite things about this lifestyle.

I went from thinking every extra calorie could ruin everything to realising I can enjoy food and still take care of myself.

The goal was never to create a life where I sit sadly eating rabbit food while everyone else has dessert.

The goal was to become the healthiest, happiest version of myself without losing the joy along the way.

Turns out you can have your cheesecake and eat it too 🥰💖

🍫 Peanut butter lovers, this one’s for you... 👇

This Sugar Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake is rich, creamy, and tastes like something you’d order at a restaurant, not make with a handful of simple ingredients at home.

🥜 You’ll need:
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 2 tbsp double cream yoghurt
• Splash of vanilla
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp sugar free peanut butter
• 1 tbsp Keto Co. Allulose (or sweetener to taste)

Mix everything until smooth, then air fry at 160°C for 25 minutes. (If using and oven 180C for 30 min).

Allow it to cool completely on the counter before refrigerating overnight.

That’s it. Wake up to a decadent chocolate peanut butter cheesecake that’s keto friendly and sugar free 😍

For the entire cheesecake, the macros are approximately:

Calories: 430 kcal
Fat: 37g
Protein: 19g
Net Carbs: 7g
