After some time of being quiet and inactive, we are happy and proud to announce that The African Herb Shop is officially in the process of being revived and rebuilt ❤️

I think one of my most favourite CNS herbs, by far is American Skullcap.

Yesterday I thought a class and all of the dots about Skullcap connected. (There will be more dots, I'm sure because that's the way it works:-)

It is not always about the therapeutic value of a herb, it is about the consciousness that is within the plant.
It's Metaphysical, it is energetic, it is love, it is wise. A solid reminder that all we will ever need is thought of, provided for and available

Skullcap for those going through a time that might be associated with the moon, a dark night, a process where everything has to come up, will not only be 'soothed' by Skullcap but Skullcap will help them ground their new wisdom, their new dream

Hence it being traditionally used to treat anxiety, overthinking, paranoia, unease and addiction.
