Look closely at this carving. It is a mirror for the human experience.

Carved from authentic Silver Sheen Obsidian—a natural volcanic glass formed by the sudden cooling of molten lava deep inside the earth—it holds a beautiful contradiction. It features the wings of a butterfly paired with the face of a skull.

The digital world tells us we always have to be perfectly polished, constantly productive, and "in bloom." But the earth operates on a much wiser cycle. Nature reminds us that fields must go dormant in winter before they can grow in spring. Death and rebirth happen side by side.
