๐ฆ Jane was paralysed by social anxiety. She avoided events and felt overwhelmed in crowds. Shopping, attending parties, or work functions caused enormous anxiety for Jane.
Nothing Jane tried helped. Together, we identified her triggersโfear of judgement and past negative experiences. Through mindfulness, thought-stopping techniques, and practical tools, Jane learned to manage her anxiety.
Gradually, she developed confidence, stopped avoiding social situations, and even began enjoying them. The transformation was noticeable - Jane shifted from feeling trapped to living a connected life.
