Whose joining us for Bootcamp on Thursday Evening at 18h15pm at Old Parks Sports Club??As you may or may not know, our workouts are based outdoors on the fields of Old Parks, High Intensity Body Weight Outdoor training that gets your blood flowing and to make it even better, the outdoor air leaves you feeling refreshed and can make any bad week a better one..
