I've seen so many horrible and negative comments around body image and body shaming lately and it has disappointed me in the human race and the lack of our own internal positivity towards others and ourselves.

What many people tend to forget is how negative outputs can contribute to your internal wellbeing. Like the saying goes - the energy we put out, is the energy we get in.

Set yourself a challenge tomorrow 》》》
Start your day with positive affirmation.
Choose one thing you would like to focus on, be it "I will live a positive life" or "I will reach my targets at work" and repeat it to yourself before you leave the house.
Do this again once or twice throughout the day and see how it affects your mood and focus. Also, give at least one stranger a heart-felt compliment.
Giving complements will boost your mood and moral like no ones business! Plus it sparks creativity ;)

Being kind and gentle to those around you is such a powerful tool and trait, but we also need to learn to be stirn with ourselves.
By being stirn I am referring to goals and targets. Do not be soft or lenient with yourself(within reason of course) . Once you have set a goal, lock target
and GO GET IT!!!
Use positive affirmation to keep your eye on the prize, and use gentleness and kindness to others to motivate and stimulate creative ways of staying focused.
A positive output will almost always guarantee a positive return.
