After a high femur break, we are using the Neurotrac on ETS mode to ensure that the VMO receives direct feedback.

The VMO is a highly important muscle that forms part of the Quadricep. It is crucial for weight bearing and mobility.

John working hard on The Biodex, focusing on Quadricep and Hamstring strength. He is currently recovering from a shattered patella. We use our Biodex daily for testing objective strength of a variety of muscles as well as improving strength in isolation. This machine can be used for not only recovery of an injury or surgery but also for high performance testing for elite athletes and the creation of specific and personalised exercise prescription and programming.
