Southern Stride offers Hatha Yoga (flow style) and Yin Tantra Yoga. These practices will compliment your existing knowledge, experience and physical know-how. Hatha Yoga: Are the postural (flow style), breathing and meditative practices that allow for a fuller embodied experience of who we are as physical, moving human beings. We move at a pace that suits each individual best. Yin Tantra Yoga:

This is the next level of practice. Yin: A gentle, slow and considered inner journey starts to expand. Tantra: The deeper practice of relating with ourselves through all of our life force energy, from base to crown, to awaken body, mind and spirit. Yoga: The practical Union of our Self.
