Some of you have been here for years. Some of you found us last week, at 2am, looking for answers.

My Preggy Journey by Stellar-Mama & Preggy Mama is moving to AnaStellar.
It's always been part of something bigger - AnaStellar. A South African, women-owned company that develops pharmacist-formulated health products for every stage of life.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be bringing everything together in one place, making it easier to discover the full AnaStellar range, along with the expertise behind every product.

The team you know is staying. The people answering your questions are staying. This is simply a new home where all of our brands, products and support come together.

It's the middle of winter and half of us have been coughing since June.

We're not going to tell you a supplement will stop you getting sick. Nobody can tell you that honestly, and we're not going to start.

What we can tell you is what we reach for this time of year, and why each one is in the range.

Winter's also when most of us see the least sun. Worth a thought.
