SallyT strives to achieve unrestricted unique lives for their clients through nutrition (including food, drinks and nutraceuticals), lifestyle and mindset to health and well being. This passion started in her childhood when as a child she grew vegetables to sell to family and friends for the proceeds to go to charity. Later, when she was completing a Cordon Blu cooking course in London, she became interested in not just making food look and taste delicious but also ensuring maximum nutritional value with each meal. Ultimately this experience paved the way to her studying dietetics at Stellenbosch University and her honours at Pretoria University. After a stint at Nestle', she decided to set up her practice as a registered dietitian and there she has been ever since. She now has a good 30 years of experience and a brand of vitamins and minerals with her signature; Sally T. Due to her entrepreneurial skills, she was selected to participate in the Goldman Sachs mini MBa where she came third in her cohort. Sally continues to being committed to helping those who desire to turn their health around. She is committed to nurturing positive change in those who long for it.
