NO Cash REFUNDS Due to the intimate nature of our business, NO lingerie, underwear, swimwear etc. will be refunded If you are unsure about a particular size please use our size chart measurements. Exchanges on UNUSED goods to be done @ your own expense WITHIN 7 DAYS, when you have received products. I WILL NOT be held responsible if Post Offices are on strike or do not do their job correctly. I work from home trying to make an extra income for myself and will never steal from you. Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a 20% cancellation and administration fee.
