Stress is a natural part of life. Our bodies were designed to respond to danger, but today we often react to everyday challenges as if they're threats.
The good news? We can learn to manage stress more effectively by focusing on what we can control.
✨ Simple ways to reduce stress:
• Take slow, deep breaths
• Move your body every day
• Spend less time scrolling
• Nourish yourself with wholesome foods
• Stay present in the moment
• Connect through touch, hugs and kindness
• Limit caffeine later in the day
• Ask for support when you need it
• Practise gratitude
• Make time for stillness and meditation
