The money, the titles, the possessions, the applause.

What will remain is the good we did, the hearts we touched, the lives we made easier, and the deeds we carry before Allah.

So strive in this dunya, but never forget your destination.

Build a life that pleases Allah, benefits His creation, and leaves a legacy beyond your lifetime.

Sometimes, the blessings we enjoy today are the answers to duʿās our parents made yesterday.

Perhaps a door opened because your mother cried for you in Tahajjud. Perhaps Allah protected you through a difficulty your father quietly asked Him to remove.

You may never hear those prayers, but you may spend your entire life living inside their answers.

Honour your parents. Make du’aa for them. And never underestimate the power of a parent’s prayer.

Some people are fighting battles they will never speak about, carrying pain they have learned to hide behind a smile.

Be gentle with people. You never know what their hearts are carrying, what their tears have cost them, or how hard they’re trying just to make it through another day.

You don’t need to understand someone’s pain to become a source of comfort in their life.

Sometimes, the smallest act of kindness becomes the reason someone finds the strength to keep going.

May Allah make us people who bring peace to hearts, ease to burdens, and light into lives we may never fully understand. Aameen

Don’t let “I’ll visit soon” become a lifetime of regret.
Allah commands us to treat our parents with kindness. Call them. Visit them. Make them feel loved while you still can. May Allah bless our parents, forgive them, and grant them Jannah. Aameen.

There are prayers you will never remember hearing.

A mother may have whispered your name to Allah while you were sleeping, cried for you when you were struggling, and asked Allah to open doors she would never walk through herself.

Some of the blessings you call luck may have been someone’s du’aa.
Some of the protection you never noticed may have been someone’s tears.

Never underestimate the barakah of a mother’s prayer. And never take for granted the woman who keeps asking Allah to bless you, even when you don’t know she’s asking.

May Allah honour every mother, accept their du’aas, reward their sacrifices, and bless them with the joy of seeing their children become everything they prayed for.

When we are children, our parents carry us in their arms, hold our hands, wipe our tears and make the world feel safe.

Then life changes.

They grow older. Their steps become slower. Their strength begins to fade. And the roles we never imagined changing, quietly begin to reverse.

One day, the hands that once held yours may need yours to hold them.

So don’t see caring for your parents as a burden. See it for what it truly is. An opportunity to return a lifetime of love, sacrifice and protection.

Serve them while you can. Be patient while you can. Sit with them a little longer.

Because one day, you may look back and realise that the moments you thought were ordinary were some of Allah’s greatest blessings.

Love doesn’t end when the roles reverse. It comes full circle.
