Hi Everyone, its been a while since my last post after leaving my Hermanus Practice. So, sending this from my off grid on line practice instead. I recently discovered the HAVENING Technique - an at home "CPR" practice for the central nervous system. Please share far and wide and wishing you much more soothing and ease filled times ahead. For those that need to hear this.

It’s safe to be you.

It’s safe to be who you are.

It’s safe for you in your body. It’s safe in your thoughts. It’s safe to be you.

You might be a bit rusty and have some edges while sharing this for the first time in a long time.

But the community and Love you feel from there is so worth the bits of rejection you might feel on the way there as the people who don’t get you maybe fall off.

But it’s too those who fall off you do this.

It’s for you and your purpose and joy.

Those that Love you deeply will celebrate your you. And those who never saw you will get a chance to find you.

The Voice, Movement and Art Exploration retreat is back!

During this three-day workshop we will let the magnificence of untouched fynbos, fresh air, delicious food and wild forests inspire us in a process of playful exploration! We will use voice, movement and process-art to uncover and remove obstacles that lie in the way of true, spontaneous self-expression. Come and let your inner child play!

*Date:* 18:00 Thursday 22 September - 14:00 Sunday 25 September
*Venue:* Fynbos Retreat, Grootbos Nature Reserve, Gansbaai
*Investment:*
Shared room: R3,690 pp (early bird R3,390 if booked before 01 Sept)
Double room: R3,990 (early bird R3,690 if booked before 01 Sept)
Private room: R5,890 (early bird R5,390 if booked before 01 Sept)

Costs include all meals (delicious, vegetarian food), materials, facilitation and three nights accommodation. Costs are kept to a minimum to make this retreat as feasible as possible. Attendance will be limited to a maximum of 15 participants. There is one volunteer position available at a highly reduced rate in return for cooking / catering services.
