Seasonal Roast Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Seasonal Veg Pack
- Your favourite seasoning

Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. Empty the pre-cut Seasonal Veg Pack onto a roasting tray.
3. Season to taste.
4. Roast for 30–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the vegetables are golden and tender.
5. Serve warm alongside your favourite main dish.
