Frozen shoulders a tricky and usually need more than just one supplement to address. I find a combination of these supplements work quite well Boswelia, Msm and of course Type 2 Collagen (different to standard available collagen brands out there) and one can take these products more frequently for the first 1-2 weeks to start addressing the inflammation.
