Ok so I was going to use a glass but thought I'd rather save on dishes and besides, this looks like a massive Strawberry milkshake except it's good for you! On a hot day like today this was the perfect lunch and took 3 minutes to throw everything into the blender to "Blend & Go"

PS: can anyone tell me where I could find these stainless steel Straws or the glass ones? A few years ago they were at every till at every shop, now I can't find them at all. Tia! X

I have always loved Smoothies and found its a phenomenal way to get in daily nutrients for myself and my family. There is an issue though.... cutting up all that fruit and making Smoothies is so tedious! Not to forget how much fruit/veggies go to waste in the process if you don't make those Smoothies you promised yourself you would make.

I have Smoothies on a daily basis and so I had to make everyone else's lives easier by having a "Blend & Go" concept. I will be offering perfectly measured out Smoothies all frozen in a bag ready to pop into your blender, add liquid of choice, blend and go!

Peace of mind that if you don't have a Smoothie for a few days you are not going to end up with waste in your fridge and saving you the hassle of meal prep.

It's easy purchasing all the food you want to plan your meals ahead and prep but let's be honest, how many of us get home and say "I'll do it later" and that never happens?

As a mom of 2 with a 3rd on the way, these have been a saving grace for the family, quick breakfasts, afternoon snacks and an easy yet delicious way to get in those nutrients we are all lacking.
