I can work through it with you at home and provide guidance and assistance with following this prescribed program. I can also help with progression exercises. I bring all the equipment and a portable massage bed if required.

With COVID numbers being down, it might be a slightly safer time to take the elderly out for some much needed social interaction and different experiences. This is what I do, to minimize their risk, when I take an "at risk" older person out. I choose outdoor venues, as much as possible. I remind them to wear their mask over their mouth and nose, and I ensure I do the same. I remind them not to touch unnecessary surfaces and I will spray a railing with sanitizer if they need to use it to go up stairs etc. I spray their hands, and mine, regularly. I stay away from other people and will always choose a table outside, away from others, but ensure that we have a nice view. I also spray down their chair and our table before we sit down to meal or a coffee. I have also been known to ask for disposable cups and spray these too. Perhaps I take things a bit to the extreme, but I like to do everything I can to minimize their risk, and going out with a "kill-joy" like me is better than not going out at all! :)
The smile on their face for a simple pleasure that we take for granted is worth any extra effort.
