I believe that healing is each and every living being's birth right. Our society has placed value on things that really don't matter.

You matter. That's it. Your very existence means you are worthy of being alive, you are NEEDED HERE.

You are never too far gone.

You have many unique atrributes and gifts that will mean everything to someone or something.

Don't give up, you are strong enough and good enough and soft enough and capable enough!

You are meant to do great things, induce joy, cause ripples.

You are more than you think you are. You are everything.

I have been finding it difficult to communicate my work well on socials lately, then i found this image.
This is it!

I help you befriend your shadow self. They always say you can't outrun your demons...
There so so many songs about not knowing how to deal with the demons, how you can't drown them because they can swim.
So many people struggle with this, i was one of them.

I realize more and more each day how big of a deal it is to fully overcome and heal something like depression. It breaks my heart how many don't know they can even heal. And how many seek help but don't find anyone willing to go through the depths with them.

It's ugly work. It is. But it's needed.
If i can even just help someone see how amazing and valuable they are, that they are strong enough... i couldn't ask for more.

You are needed in this world too 💚 All the parts of you, especially the parts you keep to yourself. Often those are the things that are your gifts to give others.

Do you know what hypnosis really is and how it works?? 👀

We are taught that hypnosis is this weird and scary thing that can take away or suppress our own will power, so that another person is in control of our psyche..

WRONG!

Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. It also is called hypnotherapy.
Hypnosis usually is done with the guidance of a health care provider using verbal repetition and mental images. During hypnosis, most people feel calm and relaxed. Hypnosis typically makes people more open to suggestions about behavior changes. - Mayo Clinic.

To me, hypnosis is a neat tool that i can use to bypass the conscious mind, with permission from the client, in order to help them change their current programming and for deep-level healing.

It helps my clients amplify a meditative state get into a relaxed enough space to allow supressed emotion to come to the surface so we can sit with it, learn from it and then release it with gratitude.

It is a tool of Ease.
I am constantly surprised at how well this works, especially when used with reiki energy healing... this is magic!

I love getting these questions! What made me choose coaching?
Honestly, it is such a powerful, life changing industry.

There are many different types of coaching out there, all amazing in their own right. But I chose to coach on a super intimate and personal level.. why?

Life is intimate. Things get heavy and difficult, and people need that extra support and love to get through. It is very uncomfortable to make big changes, It is supposed to be in order for us to grow.

But we thrive much better together, in all matters, on all the big, ugly, and uncomfortable levels.
Sometimes, just the knowledge alone that someone really cares and knows where you're at is enough to make you move mountains.

I have multiple lifetimes experience of uncomfortable transformations. When i say i know what you are going through, i mean it. Been there, more than once...
I've been through the depths of hell and my soul.
But
I also have tons of experience in conquering.
Overcoming things that tried to extinguish my fire..
"Winning" the game of life.
