Dear Elim Distributor and Loving Clients,

I hope this message finds you in great spirits. I wanted to take a moment to share some personal news about an important transition for Elim Spa Products that is close to my heart.

After an unexpected health incident earlier this year that required me to step back for a while, I've had a chance to reflect on what truly matters when it comes to this incredible brand we’ve built together.

With a mixture of emotions, I’ve decided to prioritize the long-term health of Elim over my own desire to continue leading the business. It is with great excitement that I announce the sale of Elim Spa Products to Renew Beauty, a passionate team in the UK who truly understands and cares for our brand.

Rest assured, Richard and his team will still be providing the quality and authenticity you expect from Elim. Renew Beauty brings a wealth of experience in distribution and brand growth, and I’m genuinely excited to watch how they will nurture and expand our beloved brand.

In the coming days, we will introduce you formally to our new owners, Richard Lipsitz and Claire Aggarval. They are looking forward to connecting with each of you, and I have no doubt they will continue the remarkable legacy started by myself two decades ago.

Thank you for your unwavering support and dedication to Elim Spa Products. It has been an amazing journey, and I am proud to hand this "miracle business" over to Rich and Claire.
