Middelburg women, as part of Women’s Month, several local medical practices are coming together to offer a limited number of complimentary Pap smears in support of women’s health and early detection. A small initiative with an important message: make your health a priority and don’t put off your Pap smear.

Welcoming a new baby is one of life's greatest adventures, and feeling prepared can make all the difference. Our 4-session Antenatal Course, presented by Sr Alet Smit, is designed to equip expectant parents with practical knowledge, expert guidance and the confidence to approach birth and those first precious weeks with your baby. The course covers pregnancy, labour, birth, newborn care, and the many changes that come with becoming a parent.
📅 Starts: 5 August (4 consecutive Wednesdays)
