Fitcamp Milnerton - 8020Fit.co.za Welcome to 80/20Fit Milnerton! Online workouts made during lock down in 2020. What a time it was. We are very excited to welcome you to 80/20Fit Milnerton!

The Challenge, along with a Wellness Evaluation, is completely FREE of charge. We are doing this to get our local community involved and to help people lead a Healthy, Active Lifestyle! All we ask is that you be commited to the 4-Week Challenge - after all, it is to help YOU get fitter and be healthier! :-)

4 WEEK FIT CHALLENGE includes:
- 12 Classes of physical training.
- Fitness Evaluation &

Coaching
- Body Transformation
- Body Composition Analysis

SESSIONS WILL BE ON MONDAY & THURSDAY EVENINGS FROM 6 - 7pm AND SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 8:30 - 9:30am.
