Weight gain is normal. Humans are always in flux; we morph and change over time, and this is totally normal. When it comes to your weight, this is something you can, for the most part, control.
Weight gain happens due to inactivity, hormone fluctuations, and of course, what you consume. Reversing weight gain takes effort, but this does not mean extreme dieting. Restrictive eating is not sustainable because our bodies demand satiating food and sometimes life happens. The best way to manage your weight is by building smaller, more sustainable habits.
Moving every day, eating less fatty fried foods, drinking less alcohol or fizzy drinks. All of these are easy things you can do to better manage your weight before you work up to regular exercise and better nutrition plans.
The largest issue I find when people are trying to build these habits is accountability. That’s where I come in. I’ll be your accountability partner and help you reach your goals.
