Your knee leaves a receipt when you tear your ACL
See this little fleck of bone?
It's called a Segond fracture; a tiny chip yanked off the side of the tibia during the same twist that ruptures the ACL.
Think of it as your knee's way of leaving evidence at the scene.
Even cooler? A lot of these little chips heal on their own. Sometimes you'd never know it was there.
But the message is delivered: the ACL is torn, and the knee needs help.
One tiny piece of bone. One huge clue.
