FitWraps was honored to be one of the sponsors for Babes of the Bay ladies-only CrossFit event. ❤️

The ladies inspired us and showed us how fun it can be to grab 2 besties and see what you are capable of 💪🏼😎

This year's Open tested our fitness and grit in ways we didn't expect.... It also showed us the importance of wrist strength and mobility.😅

A lot of us start out with CrossFit or weightlifting coming from a desk job or an 8 to 5 job that we really don't use our bodies in a functional way. This creates mobility issues and joint weaknesses that can take weeks and even months to improve.🙄

While your working on your wrist mobility, why not strap up with FitWraps for the overhead and inverted workouts that challenges that stability and strength?☺️

Offering support with lifts, gymnastics and inverted movement to help get you through the workout 💪🏼
