Nurture Health's New Rehabilitation Hospital in Mossel Bay is Already Changing Lives

Recovering from a stroke can be one of the greatest challenges a person and their family will ever face. Regaining strength, communication and independence often takes time, patience and the right support.

Recently, the team at Nurture Mossel Bay had the privilege of caring for Mr Arnoldus Theron, who was admitted for physical rehabilitation after experiencing a stroke.
Over three weeks, Mr Theron worked closely with Nurture Mossel Bay's interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to regain his strength and independence before returning home.

For physiotherapist Kristen du Plessis, being part of his journey was especially rewarding.
"Working with such a committed and determined patient made every milestone worth celebrating. We wish him every success as he continues his recovery."
Occupational therapist Jean-Mari Loubser added:

"Watching Mr Theron's progress throughout his rehabilitation was incredibly rewarding. His positive attitude and perseverance made it a pleasure to work with him."
