Robyn Edmiston Yerian used $135,000 of her retirement savings to establish a tiny home community on five acres in Cumby, Texas. The village consists of 14 concrete pads rented for $450 a month, enabling retired women aged 60 to 80 to live affordably while sharing mutual support, companionship, and everyday help without feeling isolated.
