TASKS/ QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. DATA CAPTURER:

· Experience in Administration is essential.
· Attention to detail.
· Able to take initiative.
· Able to evaluate information/data for trends or out of the ordinary findings.
· Literacy and Numeracy.
· Strong PC literacy – MS Excel essential.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge/experience in the Steel industry.
· Willingness to learn inhouse computer software.

POSITION: MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR

DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE

REPORTING TO: MANAGER

CONTRACT TYPE: LIMITED DURATION

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Control and maintaining the Job Card System in Docuware/Sage for all departments.
Obtaining quotes as required.
Coordinating requisitions, quotes, orders, delivery, and invoicing to completion.
Control and ensuring Statutory Inspection Schedule is distributed and adhered to.
Control and compliance of other daily /weekly/monthly inspections are issued and adhered to.
Updating and maintaining the Maintenance Plan including Weekly and Preventative Maintenance plans.
Weekly reporting including Jobs/Inspections/Plans completed and those outstanding.
Gathering information to complete monthly reports for maintenance.
Data capturing as may be required.
Overall administrative support to Maintenance Manager and department as required.
Computer literacy is essential (knowledge of Excel/Word/e-mail is essential, prior knowledge of an accounting package is preferred).
