RISE AND SHINE
Any thought takes you out of the Now. Try it - think of something and then notice how present you aren't. Notice how your attention shifts from being aware of the moment you are in to being in your thoughts. Do you see?
Your attention can only be in one place at a time. It is either in your thoughts (Mind) or the Present Moment. Understand the mind and the Present Moment are not the same thing. One is Maya (Thoughts) and one is reality (Now).
For example, imagine eating an ice-cream. Is that real? No.
Now eat one. Is that real? Yes.
Now here's the thing - the big thing - the important thing: Your true Self cannot be reached or realized while your attention is in your mind - your thoughts. It can only be known in and as the Present Moment. If you can't quite grasp this understanding yet - try staying in the moment as long as you can. You will notice that your mind becomes calmer - more relaxed and clearer. Metaphysical memes and quotes that go over your head now will all of a sudden start to make sense. It really is quite magical.
While you stay in the moment your attention (Conscious mind) and your awareness (Subconscious) combine - bringing together your divided Temple. Once the Temple is whole, you will notice an hyper alertness starting to happen. Your consciousness will start to expand - not only in regards to the physical world but within also. Higher dimensions of your own Beingness - your own existence, that heretofore you never knew existed will come to Light.
Yes it is definitely magical. More than that - it is profound. Beyond really, what any words can express. Try it. Be here Now. Wake up, you have slept long enough ❤
