We are now getting into the practical work and are busy learning how to handle young ostrich chicks at Sathisizwe Farm.
Students are getting first hand coaching from Horatious and Jimmy, the owners of the ostrich chicks.
They are also getting the opportunity to match the classroom knowledge with the real way of applying ostrich husbandry

Part of our mentorship is practical work on an ostrich farm.
