They start with the thoughts you think, the beliefs you hold about yourself, and the small choices you make every day.

When you stop focusing on perfection and start focusing on progress, everything begins to shift.

Your mindset shapes your habits, your habits shape your actions, and your actions shape your results.

With my PGCE teaching background, BSc (Hons), and a wide range of work experience behind me, I feel really confident moving into this next step as a Health & Wellness Coach. I’ve always been someone who enjoys learning, trying new opportunities, and growing through different experiences and I’m grateful for everything those experiences have taught me along the way.

I’m currently working towards qualifying with an internationally recognised diploma, and the feedback from the clients I’ve already supported has meant so much.
