Signs of a spiritually attacked relationship.

People don't just break up,
More especially at the age of 27 and above.
At that age, people want stability, people want to build their future, and they are very careful with their decisions.

Most of the relationships that end suddenly without any valid explanation are because of scitho.

What is Scitho?
It is a spiritual curse used to either break a relationship between two people,
This is done because of 1: jealousy, 2: envy 3: trying to bring back a lost lover.

What does this curse do?
It causes unnecessary arguments that lead to intense fights,

Bone reading.
What happens in a bone reading, what you should expect and how you should approach the reading.

When you arrive to a healer, you'll be directed to enter their ndumba/surgery.
You'll be asked of how they may assist you, and you'll say you need a bone reading.
They'll give you the price, and you pay.
They'll ask if the bones are for you or someone distant, then you'll answer accordingly.

After that, you'll only give them your names if required or the names of the person you are consulting on their behalf. You'll not describe what the consultation is for, just names of the person consulting.

AVOID THIS: Some people go to a healer and start explaining what the bone reading should be explaining before they are even asked. Do not start talking about things you are not asked, let the healer do the consultation.

From the reading there'll be questions,
What you can do is to guide the healer by giving them answers and confirmations of the information from the bone reading.

If they touched what you are there for, you confirm and then they'll put emphasis to your matter and ensure that you get what you are there for.

Also avoid trying to go to a sangoma to challenge them with their work, you'll end up not being assisted, because most of the people who challenge sangomas are rude and arrogant whereas they are the 1s who need help.

After the bone reading you must get solutions to whatever problems you have, and if they cant help you they'll refer you to someone else.

Prices for born reading from one sangoma to another, do not disrespect sangomas by over negotiating prices, pay for what you need and get what you need.

Like any other learning institution, traditional healing initiation is governed by rules.

These rules are there to guide the initiates throughout the process.
When people start feeling like they've now got what they want, they tend to change and become disrespectful, in this case the rules benefit the initiates even more.

Ancestors want someone who obeys rules, someone who's disciplined,
Someone whos ready to forget who they are and focus on who they want to become.

When you walk through a gate of a gobela you forget everything you were taught and start learning from the beginning.
This comes with a challenge of obeying without questioning, obeying without back chatting. This means everything that is said you listen, you carry out every instruction.

Respect and discipline also speeds up the process. No one goes through this journey without having to kneel, obey, respect and be disciplined.

It is after respect that the journey continues, without respect you gets stuck on one thing and never make any progress.
The pain of being stuck will eventually hit you and you'll realize why respect is necessary.

By all this we don't mean that initiates should be abused and turn a blind eye towards abuse.

There's a huge difference between ground rules and abuse.
Initiates are advised to speak up and not be abused in silence.

This journey is very difficult, it test your character and your abilities. At the end your strongest self will emerge.

In most cases, people complain that they contribute towards groceries while being initiated, but they do not get to enjoy everything on the grocery list.

It is very important to have dietary discipline when being initiated. There's certain meals one has to avoid or limit.

It is important to engage in traditional meals as they have great benefits towards the journey. Food feeds the soul, which is what initiation is about.

The soul needs to be pure from impure dietary habits. For the third eye to open and function, fasting is also necessary.

The ancestors become more active to the one whos dedicated towards their journey, if you want to feast and have the luxury of choice towards food, then intwaso is not for you.

Learn to eat small portions at night, the ancestors work on you in at night in many ways, in order to take part, you need to be lighter.

The final initiation of this ancestor is done at the river. It is a very important ancestor that has to be initiated very well, there are no shortcuts when initiating it.

It is an ancestor that is very troubling, very difficult and very stubborn.
When it is time for initiation, it ensure that one will accept the gift and undergo initiation. It causes misfortune, including financial challenges, illness, death threads, and more.
This ancestor works in its own way and has its operating tools that an initiate will use after being fully initiated.
Its an ancestor that practices using very powerful muthi/herbs, animal fats etc and water for healing.

If an initiate is fully initiated and there's shortcuts when initiating this ancestor, the initiate will still need to have this ancestors initiated the right way in order for them to be able to practice healing after initiating.

Under healing ways can only be practiced by Ndau initiated healers,
And only ndau initiated healers can initiate other ndau healers.
It has a basket called Mtundu, which carries working tools such as Gona, Mazangiri and other accessories.

The challenge with this ancestor is that most healers claim to have been initiated whereas they haven't, and it's only during final initiation(ntwaso) that initiates become aware that their Gobela lied about being able to initiate umndau.

Drums can evoke spirits, it is through drumming and dancing that spirits are evoked and some are even able to communicate instantly on what they want for their child (initiate).

Some initiates start initiating not knowing some of their guides, through drumming and dancing all the spirits are brought closer.

As a healer, one of the most important aspect of training an initiate is teaching herbs.

For safety reasons, there are certain herbs an initiate cannot be taught whilst still initiating and can only be taught after they've returned home an practicing As a healer.

The are some herbs that needs to be handled with care and can cause harm to others including the gobela in not handled with discipline.

An initiate that is being trained and is still gathering knowledge cannot be exposed to such herbs. Initiation on its own is very sensitive and it's also a very emotionally challenging journey, if an initiate looses their temper, they could end up resorting to using dangerous herbs which may harm them, other initiates, the gobela or other people.
